Overnight Stay

1. Look at your calendar and pick a start date. I will come on “night 1” ideally when you have at least 2-3 weeks of everyday normal life. Example: no trips, major life events, new daycares, house renovations etc. Send me an email with your possible dates for 30 - 60 minute pre-call and over night stay and I’ll confirm those dates via email. (Please give a 3-4 hour range on a few mornings and afternoons, instead of a specific time for the call!)

2. I will email you a detailed questionnaire for you to fill out and email back at least 2-3 business days before our booked call.  The more detail provided the better. 

3. 30 - 60 Minute pre call, which will be done 2-3 days prior to our overnight.Your first phone call will be done in order to discuss your questionnaire and to explain how the night will look/what to expect. 

4. Personalized sleep plan, completed post call and questionnaire. 

5. Nursery assessment which will be done during phone call and the in home support. 

6. I will arrive at your home one hour prior to your child’s recommended bedtime and stay 12 hours. 

7. Prior to starting it is important to ensure everyone is on board, all “items” purchased to ensure the transition is as “easy” as possible. We want all family members/child care providers to be aware of our new sleep expectations. 

Four 15 - minute follow up calls, which we will book in.

8. Text and email transitional support. 

9. Last but not least mentally prep for Night 1, be excited!! Bedtime/nap time is on the path to major improvement!
